Fostering a culture of accountability.

Upholding the health and safety of our team, along with the community, stands as our fundamental principle.

To us, safety is non-negotiable—it's the foundation of everything that we do.

Safety is paramount in every step—from planning to execution. It's our job to protect everyone involved: clients, employees, subcontractors, the public, and stakeholders. Safety is built into the very blueprint of our projects, embedded in the design phase and throughout systems integration.

On the ground, we equip our people with the right tools, training, and conditions necessary for a secure site, driven by the principle that safety hinges on individual behavior. We make it clear: speaking up about safety concerns is expected, choosing safety is non-negotiable, and maintaining a culture of safety is everyone's responsibility.

"Safety is the heart of our mission. We are committed to ensuring every employee's well-being through rigorous safety practices and continuous improvement, making safety a shared responsibility and a core value of our business.”

Alan Montoria, Safety Manager

CREW360 Initiative

Our CREW360 initiative embodies our commitment to safety. It includes the active involvement of our craft employees in safety protocols, continual assessment and improvement of our safety processes, and ongoing training for all employees. The initiative is led by a dedicated team known as the Safety Steering Team, who work towards fostering a strong safety culture in our organization.

The heart of CREW360 is its proactive focus. Rather than just responding to safety incidents after they happen—called lagging indicators—we measure what's ahead. We analyze our attitudes and cultural tendencies to foresee and prevent possible safety hazards before they occur.

"I have to tell you that the MRS team is a true pleasure to work with. Consummate professionals. Top-notch team. Guys are great. Safety professionals that are performing fantastically and delivering a quality product."

"A recent article focused on testing durations for streetcar projects in various cities. Of these, the streetcar projects run by MRS averaged 4.4 months of testing, whereas other projects averaged 14.3 months before revenue service could begin. This is an excellent demonstration of your team's experience when it comes to the safety certification process."
