Scope of Work
Modern Railway Systems (MRS) was responsible for furnishing and maintaining all CCTV, emergency telephones, and Access Control Systems across the network. These systems are integrated into 2 security command centers, where dispatchers use situation-based technology to monitor and respond to security events. Leveraging our ongoing relationship with RTD, MRS provided informed recommendations for technology upgrades, incorporating solutions from Axis, Panasonic, Samsung/Hanwha, and Qognify VMS software.
Impact
The work improved system-wide security and operational oversight for RTD. By integrating modern technologies and maintaining critical safety infrastructure, MRS enhanced the reliability, responsiveness, and safety of transit operations for passengers and staff across the entire network.
